By creating an account, accessing or using RememberItAll, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of Service
RememberItAll is a subscription-based reminder and life administration platform that assists users in tracking renewals, subscriptions, contracts, licences, insurance policies, vehicle-related dates, personal documents and other reminders.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.
4A. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and notifying RememberItAll of suspected unauthorised access.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and may automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal. Payments are processed through Stripe.
6. User Content and Data
Users retain ownership of information entered into the platform but grant RememberItAll the rights required to store, process and display such information.
6A. Accuracy of User Data
RememberItAll relies on information entered by users. Users are responsible for ensuring all reminder data is accurate and up to date.
7. Reminder Service Disclaimer
RememberItAll is a reminder and organisational tool only. We do not guarantee reminders will be generated, delivered, received, viewed or acted upon. Users remain solely responsible for managing all deadlines, obligations, subscriptions, renewals and financial commitments. RememberItAll accepts no responsibility for additional fees, penalties, increased premiums, auto-renewals, losses or damages resulting from a missed, delayed or failed reminder.
7A. Email Delivery Disclaimer
Email notifications rely on third-party infrastructure. RememberItAll cannot guarantee delivery, inbox placement, timing or availability of email services.
8. No Professional Advice
RememberItAll does not provide financial, legal, insurance, tax, investment or professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RememberItAll shall not be liable for missed reminders, missed renewals, financial loss, lost profits, increased premiums, subscriptions, consequential loss or indirect loss. Liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months.
10. GDPR and Data Protection
RememberItAll processes data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection rights.
11. Third-Party Services
RememberItAll may use Supabase, Stripe, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365 and n8n.
11A. Third-Party Service Availability
Interruptions caused by third-party providers do not constitute a breach of these Terms by RememberItAll.
12. Availability and Maintenance
Continuous availability is not guaranteed and maintenance may occur periodically.
12A. Force Majeure
RememberItAll is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, cyber incidents, natural disasters and third-party failures.
13. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access or engage in unlawful activity.
14. Intellectual Property
All branding, software, content and intellectual property remain the property of RememberItAll.
15. Cancellation and Termination
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access may be terminated for breaches of these Terms.
15A. Beta Features
Experimental features may be offered as-is and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
16. Refund Policy
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.
17. Changes to Terms
RememberItAll may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
